Cycle of Success for Evendons Primary School

The My Journey team were at Evendons Primary School with the cargo bike on Wednesday 7th June to celebrate the school’s many recent successes.

Evendons Primary School was the most successful school at getting children to cycle and scoot to school during The Big Pedal.  They achieved 47% of pupils cycling or scooting to school.   The school has also recently achieved bronze accreditation for its Modeshift school travel plan.  Because they were the first school in Wokingham this year to earn their bronze award, they have been awarded a free scooterpod.

To celebrate the school’s success and to launch the new scooterpod, the My Journey team took the cargo bike to the school on 7th June.  Drinks and cakes were available from the cargo bike café.

Congratulations to Evendons Primary School for all their successes!
